Patient Access
The Practice offers an online service called Patient Access.
New users are required to register for online services. This system enables you to;
- Request repeat prescriptions online, including choosing your preferred Pharmacy
- View your medical records, such as Test Results, Consultations etc.
- Securely share your information with healthcare professionals of your choosing, without the need to contact your practice
To register for online services please bring your completed registration form to the surgery along with your Photo Identification, you will then receive an electronic letter to your registered email address (Please ensure that you check your Inbox and Junk Mail Box regularly for the letter). Once you have received your letter simply follow the ‘How to Complete your Registration Guide’. Remember there is no need to register more than once.

NHS App
Patients can also register for the NHS App via the following website Log in – NHS App Online (service.nhs.uk)
The NHS app allows you to order repeat medication online, nominate a pharmacy for your medicines to be sent to electronically, book appointments and to also view your medical history online.

Proxy Access
Proxy access allows you to view and manage another person’s health record through our online services. This can be helpful for parents, carers, or anyone supporting someone with their healthcare.
