You can contact us by phone or in person for any new health complaints.
Our phone lines and reception are open from 8am – 6.30pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Our reception team are skilled care navigators and will ask you brief details of your health concern to enable the appropriate health professional or service.
- FOR A FIT NOTE.
Please use ask my GP where your enquiry will be dealt with within 5 days. Alternatively please contact us after 2pm – Monday – Friday.
- FOR PRESCRIPTIONS
The NHS app is our preferred way to order your repeat prescriptions.
The NHS app is an easy and safe way to order your repeat prescriptions and you can order at any time of the day.
Please allow 48 hours for your prescription to be processed.
Alternatively please contact the surgery between 11am and 2pm to order your prescription.
- NON-URGENT GENERAL ENQUIRES
Please contact in person or via the phone during our quieter times in the afternoon after 2pm.
Please us ‘ask my gp’ where your enquiry will be dealt with within 5 days.
