We have an open list and welcome requests for registration from patients living in or moving to the practice area.
Please allow up to 10 working days for all registrations to be complete.
You can also collect a form from reception – please be aware that this may delay your registration process.

BEFORE REGISTERING, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE MONITOR CONTROLLED DRUGS AND OPIOIDS AND YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN A DECLARATION BEFORE WE CAN REGISTER.
Our Catchment Area
We currently accept patients who live in M26 and some areas of M45. If you’re unsure whether your address is covered, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to check for you.
Temporary Registration
If you are ill while away from home or if you are not registered with a doctor but need to see one you can receive emergency treatment from the local GP practice for 14 days. After 14 days you will need to register as a temporary or permanent patient.
You can be registered as a temporary patient for up to three months. This will allow you to be on the local practice list and still remain a patient of your permanent GP. After three months you will have to re-register as a temporary patient or permanently register with that practice.
To register as a temporary patient simply contact the local practice you wish to use. Practices do not have to accept you as a temporary patient although they do have an obligation to offer emergency treatment. You cannot register as a temporary patient at a practice in the town or area where you are already registered.

Your Named GP
All registered patients are allocated a named GP who helps coordinate their care. Patients aged 75 and over are also assigned a named GP responsible for overseeing their ongoing care.
If you would like to know who your named GP is, please contact the Practice.
Choosing a GP
You can ask to see a particular GP at the Practice, and we will do our best to meet your preference. Availability and clinical needs may sometimes mean this is not always possible.
