If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. You can cancel by contacting the surgery directly, using the NHS App or responding to the SMS reminder.
Repeatedly missing appointments without letting us know may result in you being asked to register with another GP practice, in line with our practice policy.
