Accessible Information Standard

The Accessible Information Standard (AIS) aims to ensure that people who do not speak English or who have a disability or sensory impairment/loss have access to information that they can understand e.g. in large print, braille or another language and the ability to have information emailed to them.

At Radcliffe Medical Practice we aim to ensure that our registered practice population have the opportunity to receive information and communication in a method that they can access and understand. Therefore, please inform us of how you would like the practice to provide information to you.
