If you need help communicating with us, for example because you use British Sign Language, or would like information in large print or easy read, by text or by telephone, then please inform us at the surgery.
The practice is located on the 1st floor in Radcliffe Primary Care Centre, there is a lift available and we also have a wheelchair at reception.
If you need wheelchair assistance please ask at reception.
